Here at Ideal Homes we are expecting the 2021 summer to be a busy season as more holiday makers are likely to want to book luxury apartments and spacious villas.

Head of Ideal Homes Rentals, Megan Holland says: "We already have a lot of clients booked in who changed their dates from 2020 to 2021 and the concern was that they would need to push this even further back to 2022; so to see that the president has come up with a plan so early in the year could mean that we have a bumper year! We have 150 properties ready for holidays to the Algarve and now I think we will need another 70 to keep up with the demand."
